SAUSAGE SQUARES 
1 lb. bulk sausage, hot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook sausage and onion over low heat until meat is browned. Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl. Drain sausage and onions and add other ingredients. Place in buttered pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut in squares. Squares can be made a day or two ahead. When cool, cut in squares, wrap in foil and refrigerate. When ready to warm sprinkle with a little water. Reseal and warm at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
