SERBIAN SPINACH | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up 2 lbs. cottage cheese (sm. curd) 6 eggs 6 tbsp. flour 1/4 lb. butter, softened 1/2 onion, diced fine 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Defrost spinach and squeeze out water. Mix (by hand) all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (13 x 9 inch pan). This tastes a lot like broccoli, and is always a hit with company! Also, it may be frozen (before baking). |
