SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1/4 lb. butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. sour cream 6 oz. chocolate chips 6 oz. nuts (opt.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a bundt pan. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until well mixed. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, alternating with sour cream. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour batter into tube (bundt) pan. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Knife should come out clean. |
