CHOCOLATE CHIP SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts or wheat germ
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream first 2 ingredients; add egg. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add sour cream, vanilla, chips. Put in 10-inch tube pan or 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
