FRESH DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/3 c. melted butter
6 1/2 c. flour (may use 1/2 wheat or rye with white flour)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix water, yeast, sugar and salt in a large Tupperware bowl; let rise until yeast is dissolved. Add eggs and flour. (May knead, but not necessary.) Let rise until doubled in bulk. Pinch off dough. Place on greased 9x13 inch pan. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake in oven 15-25 minutes until light brown.
