SPRING BREEZE CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill at least 4 hours or freeze overnight. Garnish with cherry pie filling.
