WHOLE WHEAT OAT MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. quick rolled oats
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tbsp. frozen concentrate orange juice
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nonfat milk

Mix all dry ingredients. Blend well bananas, orange juice, oil and vanilla. Add 1 1/2 cup of nonfat milk. Pour into dry ingredients and blend well. Spray muffin pan and fill cups 3/4 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
