BAKED MACARONI - N - CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook macaroni as directed on package. Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. Blend in four until smooth. Add milk and stir constantly until sauce thickens and is smooth. Gradually add cheese and stir until completely melted. In a greased 2 quart casserole, mix noodles and sauce. Top with more cheese and bake until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Serves 6.
