PEACH CHUTNEY | |
29 oz. can peach slices, drained and cut into smaller pieces 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 4 1/2 oz. crystalized ginger, diced 4 oz. candied lemon or orange peel 4 oz. raisins 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground cloves In a large sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, for 45 minutes. Pour immediately into hot sterilized jars. Seal tightly. Makes 5 cups. |
