CHEESE CAKE

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. sugar
5 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Pour into spring pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Add topping and cool 10 minutes more.
