GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. Grape nuts
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place slightly beaten eggs in top of double boiler. Add Grape Nuts and let soak 5 minutes. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla. Cover and cook in double boiler over simmering water, about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serves 4.
