PEACH BLISS SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. peach (or apricot) Jell-O
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Mix Jell-O, pineapple and water together in a small saucepan and boil until Jell-O is dissolved. Set aside until cool. Add 1 cup buttermilk to cooled mixture and beat until frothy. Fold in container of Cool Whip. Pour into square dish and chill. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
