3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar, granulated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello gelatin, any flavor
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour with baking powder. Cream butter. Add (gradually) sugar and gelatin to butter. Beat well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Force dough through cookie press or roll and cut with cookie cutters. Place cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate with colored sprinkles or dry gelatin. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Color and flavor vary with your choice of Jello.
