SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can red salmon
4 eggs
3 slices white bread
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 sm. can LeSueur green peas
1/2 stick butter
1-2 tbsp. dry onion flakes

Soak the 3 slices of white bread in milk and mash it up. Add the mashed bread to the salmon. Add eggs, one at a time and mix thoroughly with the above. Add the sour cream and the LeSueur peas (drained). Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of dry onion flakes.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour 1/4 into mixture and balance into baking pan. Batter will be loose, pour into baking pan. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
