CORN CHIP TACO PIE 
1 env. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 (4 oz.) corn chips
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. taco sauce

In skillet brown meat. Drain and return to pan. Add seasoning mix. Line 9 inch pie pan with corn chips, bottom and sides. Spoon meat in crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread sour cream over cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat sauce in saucepan and add to top of pie. Serves 4.
