FRIED RICE 
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. peanut oil
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. chicken meat, diced
2 stalks green onion, diced
1/2 c. green peas
1/2 c. baby shrimp
1 c. bacon, diced or barbeque pork or ham

Pour oil into saucepan or frying pan, heat and saute meats with onion, add rice; stir and fry thoroughly. Add sugar, soya sauce, then pour slowly the beaten eggs with salt over the rice so that they will coat it but not settle into lumps. Stir for 3 minutes. Pour remaining ingredients, peas and green onions, heat thoroughly - serve hot - garnish with remaining green onion (optional). Note: Other types of meats may be used such as beef, veal, crab meat, and lobster.
