HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, unsweetened with juice
Slice almonds (optional)

In large skillet, add all ingredients and heat. Don't boil. Serve atop brown or white rice.
