SHRIMP AND PASTA SALAD 
1/3 c. extra lite olive oil
1/3 c. real lemon
Lemon juice from concentrate
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. each dry mustard
1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/2 c. sliced green onions
8 oz. rotini cooked and drained
4 oz. fresh snow peas, blanched
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 carrot, pared
8 oz. cooked tiny shrimp

In jar shake together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and sesame seed. Combine remaining ingredients except shrimp with dressing. Chill. Before serving stir in shrimp. Refrigerate leftovers.
