Mix 3 cups Bisquick with enough water to make soft dough. Spread in cake pan pushing up on sides a little. Pam spray cake pan before spreading dough.

Cook 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger. Drain well. Mix with 1 package Toco seasoning as package reads.

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1/2 lg. green pepper
2 tbsp. onion

On top of dough place cooked hamburger, then sprinkle peppers and onions. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with garlic toast and a salad for a complete meal.
