HAMBURGER-RICE AND CHEESE 
1 lb. ground beef (mix in chopped onion, if desired)
2 c. Minute Rice
8-10 slices American cheese

Flatten ground beef into 1 large patty in frying pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire and brown on both sides until cooked through.

Meanwhile prepare rice: 2 c. water 5-6 slices American cheese

Bring water to boil; stir in rice and cheese. Cover; let set 5 minutes. Stir rice and cheese to mix. Melt 3-4 slices cheese on top of hamburger. Spread rice mixture on top of hamburger patty. Sprinkle with paprika. Slice in wedges. Serve. Serves 4.
