TURKEY PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley, fresh
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and form into balls. Put into a 2 quart casserole coated with cooking oil. Combine 1 cup warm water, 1 chicken bouillon cube and 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce. Pour over turkey balls and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
