SHRIMP CACCIATORA 
1 lb. shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (28 oz.) can peeled whole tomatoes
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. oregano

In a large skillet, saute shrimp, mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until shrimp is white. Add can of tomatoes and spices. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.

Can also be made with chicken. Substitute 1 pound sliced, boneless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips).
