RANGER COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. Rice Krispies 2 c. quick or old fashioned oats 1 c. coconut (optional) 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 c. chocolate chips (optional) Cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs. Add flour, powder and soda. Mix well. Stir in Rice Krispies and oats. Add any optional ingredients, if desired. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden in color. (Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet.) Makes about 6 dozen cookies. |
