EASY EGGNOG POUND CAKE 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 c. Borden's eggnog
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
confectioners sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Borden's eggnog and oil. Beat on low speed until moistened. Add eggs and nutmeg; beat on medium-high speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
