TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
10 potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
3 c. cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
Chives

Wash potatoes, grease skins, place on baking pan, bake at 350 degrees. Remove potato from skin through slit in top, mix with sour cream, salt, pepper, chives. Beat with electric mixer. Fold in cheese. Put mixture back in potato skins and garnish with cheese and chives. Reheat. This can be made 3 to 4 days in advance and reheated.
