HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup

Saute onion in butter; add beef and cook until light brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with paprika.
