DOUBLE CHEESE MACARONI | |
1 c. elbow macaroni 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. soft breadcrumbs 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. dried minced onion 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Paprika Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart shallow casserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
