BLEND OF THE BAYOU CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 pt. crabmeat
1 tsp. hot sauce
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In nonstick skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, bell pepper and celery. Add cream cheese and melt. Stir in soup, mushrooms and seasonings. Take off fire and add crabmeat and cooked shrimp. Fold in cooked rice. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Top with grated cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
