BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lb. (25-30) chicken wings
6 oz. (3/4 c.) Texas Pete hot sauce
4 oz. (1 stick) butter

Spread wings in single layer on sheet pan. Melt butter in saucepan and add Texas Pete. Stir until blended. Pour over chicken. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing dip.
