CREOLE PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, finely chopped
2 c. diced celery
Pastry crust

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large skillet, brown meat, onions. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, green peppers and celery gradually stir in tomato juice. Pour in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place a pastry topping on top. Bake until crust is brown.
