CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 pudding in the mix yellow cake mix, regular directions
1 c. coconut
1 can of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut, found in your liquor store

Mix cake mix and coconut together. Bake as directed.

While cake is baking, mix together milk and cream of coconut. While cake is hot, punch holes in it and pour above mixture on cake and refrigerate for 2 days.

When ready to serve, top with whipped topping and toasted coconut.
