GREAT STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. hot water
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 pkg. strawberries (if frozen, thaw)

Boil water; pour over Jello and dissolve. Add strawberries, pineapple and nuts and mix together. Pour half of mixture into a large square Pyrex dish. Let gel until firm. (Leave other half out of refrigerator). When Jello is firm, cover with sour cream, then pour remaining half over this and gel.
