SAUSAGE-APPLE RING | |
2 lbs. whole hog sausage 2 eggs (slightly beaten) 1/4 c. onion, minced 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1 c. apple (finely chopped) Mix together thoroughly. Press into 6 cup ring mold. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Drain. (Can bake 1/2 hour night before and finish next day.) Fill center with scrambled eggs or garnish with apricot halves and parsley. |
