MEXICAN STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (16 oz.) cans Mexican style chili beans, undrained
Chili powder

Brown hamburger and onion in large skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add drained corn and undrained beans. Add chili powder to taste. Heat until bubbly. Simmer 15-20 minutes until thickened. Serves 4-5.
