KEY LIME PIE 
PIE SHELL:

1 tbsp. sugar
Graham crackers
butter

Crush grahams and add melted butter and sugar to achieve desired texture. Mix and mold with fork and spoon. Bake for 2 minutes or so at 200 degrees. Remove from oven and set aside.

PIE FILLING:

1 c. lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites

Put condensed milk into bowl and stir to thicken. Blend in 2 egg yolks. Gradually add lime juice. Beat egg whites until frothy and fold into mixture. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with graham crumbs. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
