GRILLED TURKEY 
1 1/2 lb. boned and skinned turkey breast (called turkey tenders)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cut the turkey tenders diagonally in half. Combine ingredients well; add turkey and marinade in plastic bag in refrigerator for 12 hours. Grill about 10 minutes on each side. Serves 8.
