CORN BREAD WITH CORN AND PEPPERS 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal (not self-rising)
2 beaten eggs
4 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1 red or green pepper (chopped)
6 or 7 green onions (chopped stem and all)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream corn (lg. size)
Optional: Shredded cheese on top

Grease iron skillet or 8x10 pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Will be moist. Hot but very good.
