BRAISED CHICKEN IN WINE 
3 boned chicken breasts
4 oz. can whole mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. mushroom liquid
1 c. dry white wine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. light cream

Melt butter in frying pan. Brown chicken then remove. Add onions and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Mix flour with mushroom liquid. Add wine to onions and mushrooms. Add flour mixture. heat. Add salt and pepper. Add chicken. Cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add cream.
