SOUR CREAM HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag Southern Style frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Chopped onion, if desired
16 oz. carton sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and let stand 15 minutes. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
