SOUTH OF THE BORDER 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
3 med. size avocados, mashed with squeeze of lemon
1 (16 oz.) sour cream, mixed with package of taco seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. can sliced olives
4 green onions, chopped
1 med. diced tomato
Shredded lettuce

In 2 quart casserole, layer in above order. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
