STIR FRY 
1 lb. meat, cut in strips OR seafood
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger root
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1 c. cauliflower, in florets
1 c. broccoli, in florets
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. celery, cut diagonally
1 c. pea pods
1/4 c. carrots, cut thinly

Heat wok to 350 degrees. Cut meat or seafood into strips. Add oil to wok. Add garlic, brown, remove garlic. Add meat or seafood. Stir and cook 1 minute. Add salt and pepper, soy sauce, vinegars, ginger root. Cook 1 minute. (If using seafood, omit this 1 minute time.) Add onions, broccoli, cauliflower and celery. Stir and cook 3 minutes. Add pea pods, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes. Serve over rice, pasta, or rice noodles. If you like a spicier stir fry, add at the end 4 tablespoons steak sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
