PUMPKIN NO CRUST PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl on low for 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add 3/4 cup granola, if desired. Bake 20 minutes more or until done.
