PUMPKIN PIE (THAT MAKES IT'S OWN
CRUST)
 
1 (13 oz.) can pumpkin
1 3/4 c. skim milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. butter
4 egg whites, beaten slightly
2 tbsp. Fasweet
1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix above ingredients and pour into pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam or the like. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
