SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
12 sweet peppers
8 hot peppers
8 onions (medium)
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Grind together the first 3 ingredients. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour in 1 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Bring to boil; drain. Then add 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups sugar and salt. Let come to boil. Put in hot sterile jars. Seal.
