HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh only)
Dash salt

Melt butter. Sprinkle salt in blender. Add egg yolks and lemon juice. Blend on high until blended, while blender is still running, gradually add butter and blend until thickened.
