SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
16 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts
1 c. wide egg noodles
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
