CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. butter (soft)
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Blend cheese and butter until creamy. Combine other ingredients with cheese mixture. Roll in palms about 2-inches long. Place on greased cookie sheet. Use fork to press.

Bake in oven at 350°F for about 18 minutes.
