COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice, cooked
1 lg. fryer, cooked and boned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 minced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thinly
2 (16 oz.) cans drained French style green beans

Mix all together. Put in 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Freezes well.
