COFFEE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. yogurt or sour cream
2 c. whole wheat flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. walnuts

Blend butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add vanilla and yogurt. Slowly add flour and baking soda and baking powder. Pour into greased pan half the batter. Then combine all ingredients of topping and cover batter with half of the topping. Continue layering mixture and topping until finished, ending with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
