APPLE - CRANBERRY CAKE/PIE 
In a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan:

1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. sugar (or Equal)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 sticks (3/4 lb.) butter
Spices to taste
2 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine apples and cranberries. Spread in 9 x 13 inch lightly greased pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on top. Combine all others. Spread on fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or Cool Whip.
